臺北醫學大學聯合臨床試驗中心Joint Clinical Research Center, Taipei Medical University
1. 以單一行政體系來統整多中心臨床試驗的倫理審查、合約簽訂與案件管理。
2. 提供學術型臨床試驗組織(ARO)服務，協助生醫產業從醫藥品開發，臨床試驗進行到產品上市的完整生醫加速體系。
3. 臺北醫學大學三家附屬醫院皆三度通過AAHRPP國際認證，並達成符合ICH-GCP規範之高試驗品質水準。
臨床試驗中心簡介
為建立具有競爭力的臨床醫學產業培育及輔導中心，由臺北醫學大學成立人體研究處統一管理並整合三院的臨床試驗中心。本校體系自整合三院臨床試驗中心成為聯合臨床試驗中心之後，成功帶進由三院共同收案之試驗案件，促進體系臨床試驗品質及數量的成長。
人研處包括「聯合臨床試驗中心」整合三院資源，採單一窗口接案，使三院可同時進案之模式運作。並透過「聯合人體倫理委員會」一次審核，可三院一起通過收案，減少作業流程所花費的時間，本院「聯合人體倫理委員會」也是衛福部認可的cIRB審核機構。試驗品質監控則由「資料安全管理組」負責計畫稽核及資料安全監測。「聯合人體生物資料庫」收集三院檢體，提供臨床研究資源檢體，並提供檢驗服務。
臺北醫學大學體系之研究能量及臨床試驗合作管道，將整合校內外資源與研究能量，以藥物開發、細胞治療、精準醫學、以及以大數據為核心之智慧醫療做為建置國內外生醫聯聯盟的主軸能量，盤點國內合作研發團隊技術專業及臨床試驗成果，以及三家附屬醫院之臨床試驗團隊試驗結果，做為協助國內外團隊進行國際臨床試驗之橋梁。

臺北醫學大學建置完整的生醫產業加速體系來協助產業從產品研發培育、臨床試驗進行、產品商品化過程輔導到商品上市的一個完整產業鏈結，以提供國內外產業發展完整製程所需的培育基地。
(1) 已經鏈結全台11家聯盟醫院，積極與聯盟醫院共同執行廠商委託及醫師自行發起臨床試驗案。
(2) 秉持單一窗口制度服務國內外廠商，並積極主動拜訪各生醫園區。
(3) 透過ARO服務模式，全力輔導國內新創生醫產業發展新藥新醫材研發量能。
(4) 透過北醫數據處持續推動北醫體系附屬醫院結構化電子病歷，達到建置完整的真實數據資料庫。
