Site Introduction

Taipei Tzu Chi Hospital began clinical trials in 2006, and has been providing opportunities for cooperation between domestic and foreign biotechnology manufacturers and project managers in accordance with the Good Clinical Practice (GCP) specifications. During the period, Taipei Tzu Chi Hospital gradually established ISO to improve the quality of clinical trials. In order to create an environment more suitable for clinical trials, Taipei Tzu Chi Hospital officially established the Clinical Trial Center (CTC) under the Department of Research in 2019, with the aim of promoting clinical trials, training clinical trial research talents, and contributing to the development of clinical trials for new drugs and medical devices

As of October 2019, Taipei Tzu Chi Hospital has implemented a total of 18 global pharmaceutical companies (such as Sanofi, GSK, PUMA Biotechnology) cooperation case, also includes Phase I to IV clinical trials. In the future, CTC will promote clinical trial cooperation and improve the quality of clinical trials, providing manufacturers with an excellent clinical trial environment.
